Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • Coconut oil or cooking spray, for greasing the pan
  • Optional toppings: sliced bananas, maple syrup, additional chopped walnuts

Instructions
