- 14 oz (400g) firm tofu, drained and cubed
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small broccoli, cut into florets
- 1 medium carrot, sliced
- 4 green onions, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, grated ginger, minced garlic, and sesame seeds.
