- 8 oz (225g) snow peas, ends trimmed
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup chicken or vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- Cooked brown rice, for serving

Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and broth. Set aside.
