  • 4 cups water
  • 4 herbal tea bags (such as chamomile, peppermint, or hibiscus)
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1-inch piece of fresh ginger, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons honey (optional)
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
