Ingredients
- 1 block of firm tofu, drained and cubed
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 2 green onions, sliced

- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the soy sauce and cornstarch. Add the tofu cubes and toss gently to coat. Set aside.
