Ingredients
- 1 medium head cauliflower, riced
- 8 oz (225g) firm tofu, drained and cubed
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn, bell peppers)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
