  • 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 4 slices of tomato
  • 4 slices of reduced-fat cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or olive oil for cooking

Instructions
