- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup spinach leaves, chopped
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- For the Tzatziki Sauce:
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cucumber, grated and squeezed to remove excess moisture
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine the chopped spinach, crumbled feta cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, minced garlic, olive oil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Using a sharp knife, make a slit in the side of each chicken breast to create a pocket.
- Stuff each chicken breast with the spinach and feta mixture, pressing it in gently.
- Season the outside of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
